Dietary supplement for cancer patients. Action: optimization of metabolism, maintenance of physical activity, antioxidant action. Available in the form of disposable bags. General Information. Aminourea, free radicals and oxidative stress.


A  free radical is an atom, molecule , or  ion that has unpaired valence electrons. Free radicals  are natural by-products of ongoing biochemical reactions in the body. They are highly unstable and seek out and capture electrons from molecules in cells to stabilize themselves. The majority of free radicals are more generally known as “reactive oxygen species” (ROS). It has been established that free radicls can be both harmful and beneficial in biological systems depending on the environment. They destroy all unnecessary and dangerous for the body things, protect against infections, neutralize and remove toxic substances, help to regulate the processes of reproduction and specialization of cells.


At many diseases and pathological conditions the production of free radicals is increasing. Oxidative stress - is  an imbalance between the production of free radicals and the ability of the body to counteract or detoxify their harmful effects through neutralization by antioxidants. Oxidative stress occurs when free radicals are too numerous for antioxidants to adequately neutralize. Oxidative stress refers to a pathological state that arises from the damage caused by free radicals when they interact with molecules in the body. Free radicals can cause damage to parts of cells such as proteins, DNA, and cell membranes by stealing their electrons through a process called oxidation.


The body regulates the amount of free radicals by enzymes. However, at many diseases self-regulation system does not work well. Oxidative stress leads to many pathophysiological conditions in the body. Some of these include neurodegenerative diseases, chronic fatigue syndrome, heart and blood vessel disorders, inflammatory diseases and cancer. Much of the damage caused by oxidative stress arises from its modification of the DNA inside a cell's nucleus which gives rise to mutations.The participation of free radicals in the development of tumors has been proven. Cancer development can be described by three stages: initiation, promotion and progression, and free radicals can act in all these stages of carcinogenesis. Experts studying malignant tumors found that a large amount of free radicals occurs in many types of cancers. For example, in the case of prostate cancer with bone metastases. The increased amount of free radicals is forming in growing and nectotic tumors. Oxidative stress – it is a condition after chemotherapy, radiation therapy, as well as a state where a cancerous disease begins to progress. People feel malaise, lethargy, weakness, loss of energy, lost the initiative, the state of health deteriorates, immunity decreases.


A variety of substances is using to neutralize free radicals. Most antioxidants are obtained from diet but they can also be taken as supplements in the form of capsules or tablets. This is vitamin C, E and other supplements. Aminourea is significantly different from the majority of substances which are used for fighting free radicals. Aminourea is the antioxidant - champion. The solution of aminourea - a powerful source of electrons. It is a strong reducing agent.(Substances that have the ability to reduce other substances with electrons are known as "electron donors"). Water solution of aminourea (in non-toxic concentrations) active neutralizes free radicals in the body. This is due to supply of electrons. Aminourea stops dangeourus chain reactions caused by free radicals. It helps to regeneration after chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Aminourea quickly improves the physical well- being of people with advanced forms of cancer. The sense of feeling better usually occurs after 1 week of daily application of an aqueous solution of the Semicarbazide.  Although aminourea is not a cancer medicines, it helps to improve the body's metabolism of cancer patients. As a result of joining of aminourea with aldehydes and ketones new biologically active products are formatting in the patient's organism that also have a beneficial effect. They help the body to fight the tumor in a natural way. Scientists who study metabolism in cancer patients also suppose that products that appear in the process of aminourea transformation in the body have a natural anti-tumor effect.



Aminourea (synonyms: semicarbazide, aminourea hydrochloride, hydrazide of carbaminic acid). Chemical formula: NH2NHCONH2. Aminourea is an urea derivative in which one amide group of urea is replaced by hydrazine residue. It is used in preparing pharmaceuticals including nitrofuran antibacterials (furazolidone, nitrofurazone, nitrofurantoin)  and related medical compounds. It is also used as a reagent for aldehydes and ketones. Semicarbazone is a form of semicarbazide which is derived by the reaction between a ketone (or aldehyde) and a semicarbazide. Thiosemicarbazone is the semicarbazone contains a sulfur atom. Semicarbazones have an antiviral, antiinfective and antineoplastic activites.


Increased activity of this enzyme in the body causes the formation of toxic aldehydes and other substances which damage cells and their genetic apparatus. Free radicals probably enhance the final irreversible stage of carcinogenesis, which is characterized by accumulation of additional genetic damage, leading to the transition of the cell from benign to malignant. A high level of oxidative stress can induce apoptosis; however, a low level of oxidative stress can stimulate cell division and thus promote tumor growth.

Aminourea is a poweful antioxidant. It blocks plasma semicarbazide-sensitive amine oxidase (SSAO), neutralizes existing free radicals and protects cells from damage caused by oxidative stress. Also it protects them from the action of formaldehyde.

The action of aminourea on SSAO is of important biological significance. Serious complications of many diseases are associated with increased activity of (SSAO). Over SSAO concentration can cause genetic damage and provoke the development of tumors. The high level of SSAO reported in patients with certain types of cancer with bone metastases. It was found the relationship of SSAO activity with VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) in cancer patients. Aminourea neutralizes the damaging effect of SSAO in man and reduces the overall negative effect of oxidative stress on the body. Antioxidant activity of aminourea can also be used in oncology. The cancer cells naturally produce large amounts of free radicals than in normal tissues, with the usual metabolism. Increased levels of free radicals in the development of tumors causes severe transformation in cancer cells. This stimulates the change of cells and accelerates the development of new generations of cells resistant to antitumor therapy. Thus, if the cancer cells are not destroyed by free radicals, they change their properties. This is undesirable since types of cancer cells resistant to therapy are forming faster in this way.

Aminourea and SSAO blockers have beneficial effects in a wide variety of pathological disorders, such as burns, tumors, diabetes. These data have been repeatedly confirmed in many research centers in Europe, USA. China and Japan.The experience of the practical application of aqueous solutions of aminourea in cancer patients has proven its safety and tolerability. Aminourea in low doses is safe, it does not have genotoxic effects (Abramsson-Zetterberg L, Svensson K. Livsmedelsverket, National Food Administration, Toxicology Division, Box- 622, 751 26 Uppsala, Sweden. Toxicol Lett. 2005 Feb 15; 155 (2): 211-7). Aminouerea is widely used for the production of drugs, but it itself is not considered a medication. On the basis of aminourea blockers of SSAO new types of anticancer medicines were patented: (US Patent 6291504  «Acylsemicarbazides and their uses» - This invention also provides a novel method of treating cancer or other proliferative). «Inhibitors of semicarbazide-sensitive amine oxidase (ssao) and vap-1 mediated adhesion useful for treatment of diseases» (This application claims priority benefit of US Provisional Patent Application No. 60 / 493,835, US Provisional Patent Application No. 60 / 502,401, filed Sep. 12, 2003, and of US Provisional Patent Application No. 60 / 568,999 filed May 6, 2004. United States Patent Application 20050096360 "Inhibitors of semicarbazide-sensitive amine oxidase (SSAO) and VAP-1 mediated adhesion useful for treatment of diseases", May 5, 2005. Scientists from the University of Cambridge (Department of Pharmacology, University of Cambridge, UK), who studied the toxic products produced as a result of oxidative stress, found that antioxidants, SSAO blockers have beneficial effects in a wide variety of pathological disorders, such as burns, tumors, diabetes. These data have been repeatedly confirmed in many research centers in Europe, USA and Japan.

Aqueous solutions of aminourea may have a beneficial effect. They are able to improve the condition of people at cancer and thermal burns. It is protected by russian patents and tested on patients. Useful action of aminourea relates not only to its ability to block the formation of free radicals. An important feature of aminourea is the influence on the work of GABA- receptor system. Aminourea blocks the synthesis of GABA and disrupts the transmission of information in the cancer cells. It has been found that cancer cells exchange information and respond to some neuro-active substances.( signal transduction in tumor cells). High GABA- activity was revealed in cancer cells (receptors for gamma aminobutyric acid). Experts suggest that the impact on the transmission of the GABA neurotransmitters may interfere with tumor growth and prevent metastasis. This creates the prerequisites for the creation of new types of drugs that can affect the operation of tumor receptors. (American Association for Cancer Research). 


Thus, aminourea has a number of useful properties. Aqueous solutions of high purity aminourea, pharmaceutical grade, can be used to maintain good state of a person who has violated metabolism as a result of oxidative stress. The aqueous solutions of aminourea not intended to replace the anti-cancer therapy. Aminourea not a medication. However, this substance helps to improve the human condition. It helps to better cope with the disease by increasing own resources of organism . Special products on the basis of high-purity aminourea can be used with a doctor's permission. Practical experience of aminourea application in medical centers in Russia, Israel, and Spain confirms safety and the beneficial effects of the product of the Wanda company - "Bran -aminourea."

Tolerance. Effects.

The aminourea drink is usually well tolerated and does not cause undesirable effects. The beneficial effects of the drink appears in reducing of fatigue, increasing of efficiency and recovery of lost activity in cancer patients. General physical condition improves within a few days after the start of the regular intake of the drink. The most users mark this and it was proven by doctors.

The combination of food additives, food and medicine:

It is undesirable to mix the drink with drugs and benzodiazepine tranquilizers. Not recommended for use with food additives and medicines containing GABA. The product is not used at bad blood tests, at allergic diseases and at individual hypersensitivity. Before taking a drink, consult a physician.
